Couplings from MISHKIN
Two families, one drawing-based process: flexible couplings that absorb misalignment and rigid couplings that refuse it. Bores, keyways and flange patterns are machined to the customer drawing, so the coupling is matched to the drive rather than the drive to a catalogue number.
Torque from 0.6 to 10,000 Nm · bores from 8 mm · carbon steel, stainless and aluminium · DIN, ISO and EN interfaces.
Flexible couplings
The flexible element takes the misalignment so the bearings do not. All metal or elastomer, all backlash-free.
Metal BellowsCouplings JK / JP series · 2 – 10,000 Nm A formed stainless bellows between two hubs: the highest torsional stiffness in the shortest axial length. Twelve executions cover clamping hubs, flange mounting, tapered shafts and ISO 9409-1 robot flanges. Zero backlashBore 8 – 120 mm12 executions → +Flexible
Metal DiscCouplings RIC / REC / RDC series · 0.6 – 9,000 Nm Laminated stainless disc packs bolted between two hubs, sized to DIN 740-2 / ISO 14691. Aluminium servo, conical-clamping and all-steel heavy-duty executions, -30 °C to +270 °C, maintenance-free. Zero backlashDIN 740-2-30 … +270 °C →
JawCouplings Elastomer spider · new for 2026 Two hubs with curved jaws meshing around a replaceable elastomer spider. The spider absorbs the misalignment and damps shock loads, so vibration and minor radial offset do not reach the bearings. Shock dampingSpider replaceableNew page
Rigid couplings
No compensation, no lost motion: two hubs locked into one shaft line. Carbon steel C45E or stainless EN 1.4301.
One-Piece ClampingRigid Coupling GBR series · C45E / EN 1.4301 · Ø6 – 50 mm A solid sleeve with one axial slit and a keyway to DIN 6885-1 P9. Four class 12.9 screws close the slit onto the shaft, so the joint is friction-locked and key-driven at once: zero backlash, up to 2,250 Nm at 4,000 rpm. Zero backlashKeyway DIN 6885-1up to 2,250 Nm
Two-Piece SplitRigid Coupling GBRR series · C45E / EN 1.4301 · Ø6 – 50 mm The same sleeve cut into two half shells and bolted radially. It goes on and comes off without moving either shaft, which is what makes it the choice for retrofits and for couplings buried between a motor and a gearbox. Splits radiallyKeyway DIN 6885-1up to 2,250 Nm

Which coupling for which drive?
A fast shortlist before the drawing goes out – every answer is a type we quote weekly.
Bellows coupling with clamping hubs – JK2 for the standard case, JKC when the installation is very tight, JKM when torsional stiffness is the dominant requirement.
JK1 for a customer-specific flange, JK8 for the EN ISO 9409-1 interface used by flange-output gearboxes and hollow-shaft right-angle heads.
RDC all-steel disc coupling – one disc pack between two steel hubs, 15 to 9,000 Nm, no elastomer to age.
RIC servo disc coupling – aluminium hubs, stainless disc packs, single or double disc, sized to DIN 740-2.
Parallel eccentric coupling MEC – synchronous transmission with no angular displacement whatever the eccentricity, and no extra radial load on the bearings of the connected machines.
Send the drawing. The range is not limited to the types published here – we quote by application, whatever the coupling type needed.
